Established on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast in 1975 by Leigh Murphy, MP Build is a longstanding and reputable building firm. We provide our clients with certainty. Weathering many different markets over the years, we have continually delivered our signature high quality homes time and time again.
The Directors Leigh Murphy, Mark Berry and Brooke Bastien, along with our experienced team, have instilled a culture of quality, openness, industry excellence and compliance across all projects. Coupled with our investment housing, we also have a commercial building arm, Murphy Builders, and a high end custom home division, Murphy Homes.
Our team bring a wealth of experience across investing, property and building. We are experts in design, planning and construction.

Where we build.
MP Build offers complete house, dual key and duplex packages. We build along the eastern seaboard of Australia from Newcastle to Cairns.
We are ahead of the curve, and we build in strategic locations in growth areas, close to key infrastructure. These neighbourhoods provide educational facilities, retail and commercial precincts, transport hubs and community amenities.
